• Over 12 years of experience in the field of education.

• Extensive experience as a senior instructional leader concentrating on the implementation of instructional improvements.

• Profound knowledge in designing, launching, and enhancing service models or implementation frameworks.

• Capability to convert expertise into transferable and learnable frameworks.

• Proficient in implementation science and the current evidence base.

• Experienced in rapid-cycle learning and improvement methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and leading senior-level personnel and high-performing teams.

• Outstanding ability to cultivate high-stakes partnerships.

• Advanced skill in interpreting complex technical or implementation insights.
