This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team to define the sales strategy.
• Oversee up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales and manage a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels.
• Actively develop and lead a team of sales “hunters”.
• Foster, support, and inspire the team through Bi-Weekly One-on-One sessions and Team Meetings.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key brand partners and hotel owners.
• Drive accountability by enhancing sales performance and delivering effective coaching.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team.
• Create outstanding client experiences while managing client expectations.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Sales in a regional capacity managing a Select Service portfolio.
• Proven success in leading a high-performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales performance.
• Experience in managing a team of 8 or more sales professionals in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using a CRM and analyzing data to assess sales performance.
• Skilled in hiring and onboarding sales associates.
• Excellent persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to company culture and caring for employees and clients alike.
• Effective presentation abilities.
• Experience working in a remote home office setup.
• Capability to work from your home office for extended periods at a computer.
