Executive Director – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and evaluate financial outcomes for Mercy.

• Oversee organizational performance and direct the forecasting procedures.

• Administer daily operations within the Finance department to guarantee the punctuality and precision of all reports.

• Offer analysis and assistance to management, and create analytical tools and reports for various departments.

• Suggest strategies for process enhancement and work simplification to ensure effective coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

• At least five years of experience in accounting or financial management.

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Familiarity with the appropriate financial statement formats and disclosures as mandated by GAAP.

• Capability to handle and maintain confidential information.
