This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guide MMI in achieving its goals across the three strategic pillars: Feed, Grow, and Strengthen.

• Manage the coordination and execution of global strategies.

• Provide motivating leadership to MMI and the MMI Executive Leadership Team.

• Enhance organizational systems, governance, and development.

• Promote robust collaboration throughout the global network.

• Collaborate closely with the Board, President, Founder, and MMI teams to facilitate sustainable growth within Affiliate organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at the executive or CEO level within a complex organization.

• Background in an international non-profit, charity, or social impact organization (preferred).

• Profound understanding of the mission gained through prior involvement.

• Proven capability to inspire and lead senior management teams.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing strategies that drive growth, innovation, and organizational enhancement.

• Highly developed communication skills to engage and influence a diverse range of audiences.

• Established experience in leading transformational change while ensuring stability and a focus on the mission.

• Strong personal commitment to the vision, mission, and values of Mary’s Meals.
