Executive Director, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish the analytics strategy that links Vericast media performance to client business results.

• Act as a senior consultative leader for strategists and sales management in client interactions.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, senior analysts, and BI developers.

• Collaborate with Account Services, Client Strategy, Product, and Data Engineering to define the analytics product roadmap.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the financial services sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related discipline.

• Over 12 years of advancing experience in analytics, insights, or data strategy roles within advertising, media, or marketing services.

• At least 5 years dedicated to financial services clients.

• Proficiency in the analytics ecosystem without being a hands-on practitioner.

• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or similar.

• Understanding of SQL.

• Capability to present findings to C-suite audiences and simplify complex analytical insights.
