
Executive Client Success Manager – Retail Pharmacy Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Accountable for leading and managing critical elements of client servicing and retention.
• Ensures that clients receive the appropriate level of service and operational support by understanding and advocating for their needs and requirements.
• Conducts regular client calls and presents Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Assists with client onboarding processes, as well as the creation and modification of policies.
• Communicates the performance of client programs and contributes to strategic planning.
• Manages the communication of CMS reports to clients and reviews CMS applications.
• Supervises the submission of change requests.
• Oversees the management of data pertaining to client accounts.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely updating, altering, discontinuing, mapping, and validating of client data.
• Promotes revenue and margin growth through relationship building and consultative selling strategies.
• Formulates and implements client growth strategies and business plans.
• Manages the contracting process for renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities.
• Facilitates contract negotiations and execution for both contract renewals and newly sold programs.
• Oversees annual contract renewals and forecasting activities.
• Manages the internal pricing and proposal process for new sales opportunities related to assigned clients.
• Leads responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) along with presentations.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Required education level: Licensed Pharmacist.
• At least 2 years of training experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and strategic alliances.
