This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage assignments of up to $10M independently across both commercial and personal property lines, which include liability and builders risk tasks.
• Lead national consultants on larger, intricate assignments or during catastrophe events.
• Oversee extensive complex assignments and deliverables, which encompass site visits, damage assessments, high-value cost estimations, site documentation, project management, and negotiations.
• Provide independent oversight of reconstruction job costs and timelines for insurers and property managers.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping utilizing designated technology.
• Manage billing processes, billable hours, work in progress, and ensure timely reporting to clients.
• Supervise complex mitigation procedures, which include drying methods, billing processes, and daily site management.
• Collaborate with senior property claims adjusters and clients to provide comprehensive service delivery.
• Prepare and distribute narrative and executive summary reports.
• Develop and nurture a high-level client portfolio.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel as necessary.
• Current IICRC certifications in progress toward Master level, including WRT, ASD, Smoke & Soot, or comparable certifications are required.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including seven years within the Insurance Restoration Industry, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess analytical and interpretative capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Capability to produce comprehensive, precise, and constructive written reports.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Capability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analyzing situations, exercising judgment and discretion, handling stress, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, climb, crawl, stoop, reach, and work overhead.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to drive for up to four hours daily.
• Continuous use of manual dexterity is required.
• Adequate hearing, vision, and verbal communication abilities.
