Executive Automation & Insights Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the CIO's calendar and operating schedule, which includes staff meetings, quarterly reviews, and leadership retreats.

• Create AI agents to optimize recurring tasks and workflows.

• Convert topics related to cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and enterprise applications into concise, executive-ready content and presentations.

• Align cross-functional priorities with PMO, Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Data/AI leaders.

• Monitor action items until completion.

• Prepare briefings for partners, customers, and vendors.

• Handle sensitive communications with utmost discretion.

• Manage the digital workspace using Teams and SharePoint.

• Keep dashboards and trackers accurate and up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior technology executives in a dynamic, global setting.

• In-depth knowledge of AI tools, including ChatGPT and Copilot.

• Proven experience in enhancing processes through AI or advanced technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Familiarity with Power BI.

• Strong judgment, foresight, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to simplify complex subjects and drive work forward.

• Must not require visa transfer or sponsorship at any point.
