This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee intricate calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
• Arrange domestic travel plans and itineraries
• Supervise and manage executive email inboxes
• Appropriately delegate tasks and communications
• Prioritize emails and action items within CRM workflows
• Ensure that deadlines, initiatives, and follow-ups are maintained
• Collaborate closely with leadership to sustain organizational alignment
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to organize tasks, priorities, and communications
• Develop and maintain prioritized action lists
• Monitor ongoing projects and accountability items
• Facilitate internal workflow coordination across various departments
• Coordinate client-related logistics and follow-up activities
• Draft and respond to communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
• Act as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Foster trusted relationships with clients and team members
• Publish approved content to LinkedIn and company social media channels
• Utilize compliant posting systems (e.g., SaySocial)
• Assist in maintaining consistent online visibility for executives and the company
• Help with occasional personal administrative tasks
• Streamline daily logistics to enhance executive productivity
• Prior experience supporting C-level executives or founders
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced settings
• Positive, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of balancing professionalism with approachable communication
• Strong standards for discretion and confidentiality
• Adaptable communication style according to urgency and workload
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated sectors preferred, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Experience managing executive travel and schedules
• Experience in handling client-facing communications
