This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Provides high-level executive assistance to the CEO in a close working relationship.
• Acts as the main contact person for both internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to the Office of the CEO.
• Functions as a liaison to the senior management team.
• Organizes and coordinates outreach efforts and external relations for executives.
• Supervises special projects.
• Independently manages projects from inception through to completion.
• Effectively handles multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Aids in organizing the agendas for senior management team meetings, off-site sessions, and all-staff gatherings.
• Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be available during East Coast working hours: 8am-6pm M-F EST (aligned with CEO's schedule).
• Over 5 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, ideally within a digital marketing setting.
• Demonstrated experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and enhancing efficiencies in daily operations.
• Proficient in founder branding and executive management/support.
• Background in planning corporate events and managing travel arrangements.
