This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver top-tier administrative assistance to ELT members, encompassing calendar oversight, scheduling, and time prioritization.
• Organize and prepare materials for significant meetings, including ELT sessions, Board gatherings, Special Committees, and cross-functional leadership forums.
• Manage incoming requests and communications, ensuring they align with enterprise objectives.
• Compose, edit, and enhance executive communications on behalf of ELT members.
• Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, logistics, and engagements at the executive level.
• Own and propel enterprise operating rhythms, such as weekly ELT meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning cycles (IBP).
• Guarantee alignment across various functions regarding priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor key initiatives and follow-ups, ensuring accountability among teams for their commitments.
• Assist in the development of executive-level materials, including dashboards, one-pagers, and board updates.
• Lead and implement cross-functional projects on behalf of the ELT, such as organizational transformation, cost optimization, and retail performance initiatives.
• Construct and oversee project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify potential risks, offer insights, and drive solutions in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Act as a central coordination point among ELT members and their respective teams.
• Ensure the clear, concise, and timely communication of decisions, priorities, and updates.
• Facilitate alignment between enterprise functions and state-level teams.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess a valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
• 5–10+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, business operations, or project management is necessary.
• Experience in supporting multiple senior executives or leadership teams within a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to understand financial and operational drivers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities and executing tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools is required.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., cannabis, healthcare, CPG) is advantageous.
