• Oversee and address client email inquiries
• Organize client appointments and scheduling
• Distribute intake forms, documentation, and onboarding materials
• Ensure all client communications are professional and free of errors
• Maintain organization across calendars, inboxes, and workflows
• Adhere to established SOPs and internal procedures
• Monitor Instagram and social media direct messages for inquiries
• Address basic customer messages and comments
• Escalate significant opportunities or high-profile inquiries
• Ensure all incoming communications are accounted for
• Upload products and images to Shopify
• Format and publish product listings
• Add product descriptions and organize backend content
• Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the website
• Track student enrollments and participation
• Keep spreadsheets and records updated
• Send login credentials and course access information
• Address student inquiries and administrative questions
• Exceptional written English and grammar skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to independently follow systems and processes
• Professional communication style
• Experience with:
• ○ Gmail / email management
• ○ Google Sheets or Excel
• ○ Shopify (basic backend experience preferred)
