This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Ensure that deadlines, meetings, and significant commitments are accurately monitored and managed.
• Oversee email communications and prioritize urgent matters.
• Organize and reserve meeting venues as required.
• Manage and uphold the executive's calendar, meetings, and daily agenda.
• Identify avenues for enhancing workflows and administrative procedures.
• Utilize Claude and other available tools for reporting and data analysis support.
• Keep precise records and information within Clio and Lawmatics.
• Professionally handle both inbound and outbound phone communications.
• Track action items and ensure prompt follow-up on tasks and commitments.
• Assist with administrative duties related to appointments and scheduling.
• Generate, run, and extract reports from internal systems and databases.
• Provide high-level executive support while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant performing comparable duties is essential.
• Experience in managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and executive communications is mandatory.
• Background in providing administrative support in a professional setting is required.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using Clio and Lawmatics is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English is required.
