This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Safeguard and enhance the CMO's calendar by prioritizing tasks that align with strategic objectives.
• Manage the marketing leadership's operational rhythm, encompassing staff meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), offsite events, and planning cycles.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with RevOps, Communications, People, and other related teams.
• Develop Human+AI workflows for efficient scheduling, inbox management, and meeting preparations.
• Recognize recurring operational challenges and implement 1–2 process enhancements each quarter.
• Oversee intricate travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring expenses are settled on the same day.
• Handle confidential and sensitive matters with utmost discretion.
• Possess an AI-native mindset; actively engages with and tests advanced AI tools.
• Capability to design Human+AI workflows for scheduling, drafting, and preparing for meetings.
• Proficient in creating streamlined systems that reduce repetitive administrative tasks.
• Skilled in identifying operational challenges and suggesting effective solutions.
• Experience in coordinating efforts across various teams and programs.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Capable of managing competing priorities across different time zones and calendars.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Anticipates needs and addresses problems proactively.
• Typically possesses around 1–3 years of experience supporting leaders or coordinating across teams, or equivalent demonstrated experience (preferred, not required).
• Previous experience assisting a senior leader or executive is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and automating repetitive tasks is preferred.
• Familiarity with executive-support tools, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and communication platforms, is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must specify if visa sponsorship is necessary.
• Base salary range of $127,000–$160,000 for roles in the US; for NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle, the range is $135,000–$172,000.
