Executive Assistant – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee highly active executive calendars, skillfully managing scheduling conflicts, arranging meetings, and ensuring daily time efficiency.

• Organize and prioritize executive inboxes, crafting professional replies, filtering out unnecessary messages, and escalating urgent issues as needed.

• Facilitate both internal and external meetings, including the creation of agendas and accurate documentation of meeting minutes.

• Conduct research, gather essential data, and format reports to assist executives in preparing for upcoming meetings and initiatives.

• Maintain and organize project documentation, ensure team files are current, and consistently follow up on standard executive action items.

• Aid in the development of internal communications, presentations, and daily briefs utilizing Google Workspace.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a comparable administrative support role.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for anticipating needs and adapting quickly.

• Strong capability to compile research, organize data, and create clear, concise summaries.

• High level of proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting professional correspondence.

• Previous experience working in a fully remote environment or supporting a distributed team.

• Background knowledge or familiarity with the digital marketing, SEO, or tech agency sectors.

• Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com) to track initiatives.

• Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate will not be involved in processing your payroll; your salary will go directly to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this area.
