This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and organize intricate calendars.
• Provide direct executive assistant support to ownership, which includes coordinating ownership coaching practices and addressing administrative requirements.
• Offer immediate operational support during Coach Community Gatherings by uploading materials, managing communications, and coordinating digital platforms (e.g., Mighty Networks, WhatsApp).
• Maintain and regularly update BGOS collateral and training materials with precision and organization.
• Ensure that all meeting materials, agendas, and resources are prepared and accessible prior to BGOS sessions and Coach Community gatherings.
• Facilitate internal communication among BGOS team members to guarantee alignment and execution.
• Assist in organizing and managing BGOS systems, documentation, and digital assets.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in administrative workflows and put solutions into practice.
• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve, optimize, and streamline collateral and administrative processes when appropriate.
• A minimum of 3+ years of pertinent experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
• Experience in supporting executives or leadership teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven proficiency in calendar management, digital collaboration tools, and administrative systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate in a remote work setting.
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
• A high degree of discretion, professionalism, and organizational abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a business operating system (e.g., EOS – Entrepreneurial Operating System or similar), familiarity with community platforms such as Mighty Networks or similar tools, proficiency in AI tools for content creation, editing, or workflow automation, bilingual ability (English/Spanish), and experience in SaaS or coaching/training organizations.
