This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and coordinate intricate calendars.
• Provide direct executive assistant support to ownership, including coordination of ownership coaching practices and administrative tasks.
• Offer real-time operational assistance during Coach Community Gatherings, which includes uploading materials, managing communications, and coordinating digital platforms (e.g., Mighty Networks, WhatsApp).
• Maintain and update BGOS collateral and training materials with precision and organization.
• Ensure that all meeting materials, agendas, and resources are prepared and available prior to BGOS sessions and Coach Community gatherings.
• Facilitate internal communication among BGOS team members to guarantee alignment and execution.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of BGOS systems, documentation, and digital assets.
• Identify areas for enhancing efficiency in administrative workflows and apply solutions.
• Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve, optimize, and streamline collateral and administrative processes as applicable.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative capacity.
• Experience in supporting executives or leadership teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven proficiency in calendar management, digital collaboration tools, and administrative systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to effectively operate and collaborate in a remote work setting.
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with a business operating system (e.g., EOS – Entrepreneurial Operating System or similar) is preferred.
• Familiarity with community platforms like Mighty Networks or similar tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in AI tools used for content creation, editing, or workflow automation is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS or coaching/training organizations is preferred.
