This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Receive and process requests for freight quotes and bookings.
• Provide real-time updates on shipment tracking and accurate estimated time of arrivals (ETAs).
• Address service issues, delays, and customer complaints with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Appropriately escalate issues that require input from operations or leadership.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal operations regarding pickups, deliveries, and route changes.
• Assist with load entry, documentation, and updates in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Support the brokerage division with urgent or time-sensitive shipment coordination.
• Utilize the company's TMS for tracking shipments, managing resources, and generating reports.
• Maintain proficiency in email, phone, and chat communication tools.
• Organize and keep records and documentation accessible.
• Communicate confidently about various freight types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent (industry training or coursework is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with a Transportation Management System (TMS) or a similar logistics platform.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to engage clients effectively.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple trucks, customers, and routes.
• Capability to multitask and maintain organization under pressure.
• Proficient with email, phone, and chat communication tools.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift, based in the Philippines).
