This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the trusted voice for clients regarding every shipment.
• Receive and manage requests for freight quotes and bookings.
• Provide up-to-date shipment tracking information and precise ETAs.
• Address service-related issues, delays, and complaints with professionalism and composure.
• Appropriately escalate matters that require input from operations or leadership.
• Ensure synchronization between trucks, drivers, and customers.
• Collaborate with drivers and internal operations to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments.
• Assist with load entry, documentation, and updates in the TMS.
• Support the brokerage team with urgent or time-sensitive shipment arrangements.
• Utilize tools effectively to facilitate freight movement.
• Employ the company’s TMS to monitor shipments, manage resources, and create reports.
• Maintain proficiency in email, phone, and chat communication tools.
• Organize and keep records and documentation accessible and orderly.
• Communicate confidently about various freight types (e.g., Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL).
• Comprehend basic logistics workflows: pickup → transit → delivery → POD.
• Approach every interaction with a safety-first and reliability-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent (industry training or coursework is advantageous).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with a Transportation Management System (TMS) or similar logistics platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; client-facing demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail across various trucks, customers, and routes.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in email, phone, and chat communication tools.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (night shift, PH-based).
