This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Coordinating and overseeing the executive's calendar, which includes arranging meetings, appointments, and events.
• Organizing, preparing for, and participating in meetings by creating and distributing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
• Arranging and managing travel logistics for the executive as well as for visiting clients or partners.
• Organizing, maintaining, and managing essential documents, files, and records.
• Supporting various projects by collecting data and preparing reports or presentations.
• Fostering and sustaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Assisting with general administrative duties and other ad hoc responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly for a C-Suite level executive, or other relevant administrative support roles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
