This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance complex, swiftly evolving calendars.
• Serve as the main gatekeeper for the executive’s email correspondence.
• Coordinate detailed travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes.
• Compose, revise, and format high-quality documents.
• Monitor, organize, and reconcile monthly expense reports.
• Facilitate communication between the executive and various stakeholders.
• Provide assistance with special projects as needed.
• Proven experience in offering administrative support at the executive level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
• Proven capability to manage highly sensitive and confidential business and personal information.
