This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Respond to and route incoming calls while delivering outstanding customer service
• Organize and manage customer appointments and project meetings
• Maintain and refresh CRM records, ensuring customer and project data is accurate
• Execute data entry tasks and oversee administrative documentation
• Prepare and submit permit applications along with necessary paperwork to county offices for new projects and jobs
• Oversee and manage Google Calendars, including scheduling, reminders, and tracking of appointments
• Provide support for general office operations and administrative tasks to promote efficient workflow
• Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience in coordinating calendars and managing appointments
• Quick and accurate data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, Zoho, or similar systems
• Proficient in using Google Calendar and other scheduling tools
• Demonstrated experience working with contractors, construction firms, roofing companies, or local municipal permit offices
• Practical experience with Housecall Pro, HubSpot, Slack, and the Google Workspace environment
• Knowledge of document preparation, filing processes, and the general procedures for submitting paperwork to county or city offices
