This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Offer administrative support to facilitate the priorities, initiatives, and activities of executive leadership.
• Draft and evaluate executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Oversee executive calendars, which includes arranging meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing request priorities.
• Organize and assist in executive meetings, board functions, and leadership events, including creating agendas and materials.
• Monitor executive priorities, deliverables, and follow-up actions to aid in timely decision-making.
• Act as a primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage sensitive information to ensure smooth operations and effective decision-making.
• Travel within the designated catchment area as necessary.
• High school diploma or GED with two (2) years of clerical and office management experience, specifically assisting a senior leader or executive; alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidates must reside within Trillium’s specified catchment area in North Carolina, which includes counties such as Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson.
• Must be capable of traveling within the catchment area as required.
