This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the President of the AWC Global Portfolio within the Medical Surgical division.
• Supporting and proactively anticipating the needs of the AWC Global Portfolio leadership team.
• Coordinating and facilitating on- and off-site meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences, ensuring all necessary arrangements for meeting spaces are in place.
• Developing and/or assembling meeting materials, which include agendas, pre-read documents, presentations, surveys, and meeting summaries, as well as providing briefings on agenda items.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives within the organization.
• Engaging directly with executive-level clients and healthcare professionals on behalf of the business.
• Interpreting and executing corporate policies and procedures.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as travel coordination, calendar management, processing and directing incoming correspondence, database management, expense reporting, budget tracking and monitoring, and report preparation.
• Proposing and executing enhancements to office and departmental procedures, methods, and quality objectives.
• Handling confidential and sensitive business information while providing support to executive-level professionals.
• Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND 5 years of combined experience in administrative assistant roles, secretarial positions, and/or clerical duties.
• A High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution along with a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in administrative support, secretarial, and/or clerical roles.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge equivalent to that obtained through administrative certifications such as the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
• Familiarity with financial and employee data systems, including SAP, Workday, Concur expense reporting, etc.
• Previous experience providing support to executives in the medical technology field.
• A degree in Marketing or 5 years of experience in a Marketing support role.
