• Collaborate with colleagues and providers to arrange meetings.
• Schedule activities and create calendar events.
• Organize travel arrangements and assist with ad hoc requests.
• Facilitate and support communication between the Executive and both internal and external office engagements.
• Provide daily administrative support for executives.
• Manage, plan, and organize daily calendar activities.
• Book and oversee all travel arrangements.
• Handle daily correspondences both internally and externally, including responding to all local and international mail.
• Assist with technical matters and courier correspondence.
• Organize meetings and conferences, which includes preparing agendas, taking minutes, and making necessary business travel arrangements.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of three years of administrative experience.
• Exceptional decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional and multi-level relationships.
• Must possess outstanding planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple competing priorities within a set timeline.
• Must demonstrate considerable discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual capable of driving tasks to successful completion.
