This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee intricate scheduling requests for various members of the leadership team, focusing on prioritizing meetings with external partners and donors.
• Address conflicts and arrange calls across time zones in India, the US, LAC, and Africa, as well as across different Pratham entities as required.
• Organize logistical arrangements for team-wide meetings and relay details to the broader staff effectively.
• Coordinate international travel for leadership, encompassing flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Handle travel expenses and ensure prompt reporting and reimbursement.
• Assist in tracking deliverables and pending action items for the team.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide adaptable, high-level administrative assistance for new projects and shifting priorities as they emerge.
• Serve as the main administrative contact for board and committee members.
• Schedule and organize all board and committee meetings, ensuring synchronization across global time zones.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive administrative or executive support experience, ideally within a shared-resource model in the nonprofit or international development sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate travel arrangements and calendars across various global time zones.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; meticulous attention to detail in proofreading and professional correspondence.
• Expertise in GSuite (particularly advanced Calendar management, Slides, and Sheets) and Zoom.
• High level of judgment and discretion in handling sensitive organizational and personnel information.
