This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and oversee intricate calendars across various time zones, ensuring a balance between strategic priorities, internal leadership requirements, and external obligations.
• Safeguard and actively enhance the executive brand both within the organization and with external partners by ensuring they arrive prepared and by conveying reschedules or priority shifts in a manner that maintains the recipients' sense of value and importance.
• Act as a guardian of executive time and focus by assessing needs and preserving space for strategic tasks and high-priority work.
• Proactively equip leaders for meetings, including preparing agendas, background materials, talking points, and follow-ups to maximize the effectiveness of meeting time.
• Organize events involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage logistics for meetings, offsite events, board-related activities, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as a primary liaison among executives, senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor action items, commitments, travel plans, and expense reports to ensure prompt follow-through and accountability.
• Anticipate obstacles, highlight risks, and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as required, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
• Proven experience demonstrating exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• At least 5 years of experience providing Executive Assistant support in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization, with direct experience assisting the C-Suite and engaging with other executives.
• Strong organizational abilities, with an inherent detail-oriented approach and the capability to manage competing priorities seamlessly.
• A proactive approach to action, anticipating needs instead of waiting for instructions.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations.
• Excellent strategic communication skills, able to balance directness with empathy.
• High level of comfort in asking clarifying questions and maintaining executive focus.
• Enthusiasm for operating in a setting where priorities shift and each day presents new challenges.
