This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Optimize the executive's schedule to prioritize essential initiatives by managing multiple intricate calendars and ensuring the availability of relevant pre-reads and agendas.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business to intuitively make real-time adjustments and trade-offs, ensuring that the appropriate meetings occur at suitable times with the right participants.

• Strategically coordinate domestic and international travel, minimizing disruptions to business while prioritizing the efficiency and convenience for the executive.

• Foster company culture by overseeing all aspects of team events, both virtual and in-person, delivering outstanding experiences with a meticulous approach and attention to meaningful details and delights.

• Participate in staff meetings, recording notes and ensuring action items are completed within the designated timelines.

• Assist in the preparation and completion of slide decks, initiatives, and special projects.

• Actively seek opportunities to add value, improve efficiency, enhance clarity, and elevate business operations.

• Monitor and file expenses in accordance with company policy.

• Availability for on-call/after-hours work is required.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Capability to support Central time zone business hours.

• Extensive experience in planning and executing offsite events, with the willingness to travel as necessary to facilitate these events across the organization.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in real-time with grace, consistently leading with kindness regardless of the pace.

• Highly collaborative and organized, demonstrating a strong attention to detail.

• Proven experience in managing meetings and developing presentations.

• Excellent project management abilities.

• Strong understanding of best practices for distributed/remote work, along with a knack for optimizing processes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom.
