This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level support to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Navigate complex and time-sensitive scheduling challenges while effectively prioritizing competing demands.
• Arrange comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
• Oversee project coordination and event planning activities, including off-site meetings and team retreats.
• Manage a substantial volume of emails, highlighting important communications and organizing calls and meetings.
• Compose and prepare confidential correspondence on behalf of C-suite executives.
• Process expense reports efficiently.
• Anticipate the CEO's future and personal requirements.
• Influence information flow and organizational dynamics.
• Recognize opportunities for efficiency and process enhancements.
• Proven success in supporting C-level executives within a high-growth setting.
• Highly responsive, capable of addressing urgent issues promptly.
• Strong emphasis on security and confidentiality.
• Proactive in task execution and anticipating the future needs of the CEO, including personal requirements.
• Actively participate in shaping information and organizational dynamics.
• Sharp focus on identifying efficiency and process improvement opportunities.
• Established track record with late-stage technology startups or reputable public technology firms.
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, direct, and empathetic, complemented by strong listening abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to contribute value beyond standard responsibilities.
• Located in North America (EST) or the United Kingdom.
• At least 5 years of experience providing high-touch, concierge-level support to a C-suite executive.
• Experience managing complex and time-sensitive scheduling needs.
• Expertise in organizing intricate travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
• Background in coordinating projects and events, including off-site meetings and employee retreats.
• Experience in handling a high volume of emails and organizing calls and meetings.
• Proficiency in drafting confidential correspondence for C-suite executives.
• Skilled in managing expense reports.
