This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the US CEO as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper to enhance time management and strategic focus.
• Foster exceptional relationships throughout the organization.
• Anticipate potential obstacles, proactively resolve issues, and promote seamless collaboration across functions.
• Manage and optimize a dynamic executive calendar spanning multiple time zones.
• Balance strategic priorities with customer engagements, travel, and internal leadership commitments.
• Oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and real-time disruption management.
• Arrange logistics for executive offsites, board meetings, conferences, and high-value customer interactions.
• Draft and enhance executive communications, presentations, and employee communications within the US organization.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership meetings.
• Monitor action items to ensure cross-functional accountability.
• Manage high-priority special initiatives from the planning stage through to execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives in a dynamic, high-growth global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and work independently with a high level of discretion.
• Proficiency in managing multi-time-zone calendars and coordinating complex international travel.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven history of driving initiatives and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly skilled in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
