This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee executive calendars, managing scheduling, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure priorities are organized and aligned.
• Facilitate professional business communications, encompassing emails, messages, documents, and internal updates.
• Develop, update, and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and organized records with a strong focus on detail.
• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless daily business operations.
• Enhance current workflows by pinpointing gaps, organizing information, and establishing clearer processes.
• Prepare documents, presentations, summaries, and other materials utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Monitor deadlines, action items, and outstanding tasks to guarantee nothing is overlooked.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
• Operate independently in a remote setting while effectively communicating progress, obstacles, and priorities.
• Assist with ad hoc operational projects as the business expands and requirements evolve.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar position.
• Proven experience in calendar management, business communication, and administrative support.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet management, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining accurate data.
• Excellent organizational abilities, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Reliable remote working setup, including a headset and a quiet working environment free from background noise.

• Experience supporting executives or clients in the U.S. or Canada.
• Experience in enhancing administrative systems, workflows, or operational procedures.
