This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Offer administrative and executive assistance.
• Oversee scheduling and prepare communications.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails for executives promptly and professionally.
• Collect, organize, and present pertinent information to aid executive decision-making and daily functions.
• Employ office and scheduling tools to oversee calendars, set appointments, and orchestrate meetings effectively.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials, logistics, and preparations are finalized beforehand.
• Provide executives with regular updates, reminders, and follow-ups regarding schedules, deadlines, and priorities.
• Keep accurate and well-organized records, files, and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet executive needs and ensure a seamless workflow across the organization.
• Maintain a professional, composed, and proactive demeanor while managing multiple tasks and high-volume communications.
• Exhibit a friendly, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A background in Tourism or a related field is preferred, as it enhances customer service, organization, and coordination skills.
