This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a reliable extension of the Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager, US Commercial, by managing intricate calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, communications, and competing priorities.
• Facilitate the focus of both leaders on high-value activities by establishing structure, anticipating requirements, and proactively addressing challenges.
• Create briefing documents, presentations, and essential communications while acting as a central liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee strategic projects and business initiatives, monitoring actions, milestones, and deliverables to ensure priorities progress effectively.
• Offer support for leadership meetings, customer events, conferences, and team gatherings.
• Extensive experience supporting senior executives in roles such as Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar positions.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills, complemented by a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience in coordinating projects, events, or business initiatives that extend beyond traditional executive support functions.
