📋 Description

• Assist the Founder & CEO in enhancing and scaling daily operations.

• Oversee communication systems and coordinate recruitment processes.

• Deploy tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to alleviate cognitive burden on the CEO.

• Take ownership of essential operational processes and manage confidential information.

• Serve as a gatekeeper for the Executive's calendar while managing intricate scheduling.

• Ensure the CRM system is maintained accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor task completion, recognize inefficiencies, and suggest enhancements.

• Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) from the outset.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting senior executives as an EA, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar capacity.

• Outstanding written communication abilities — must surpass the executive in writing skills.

• Demonstrated capability to **follow and replicate structured formats**.

• Excellent organizational and execution capabilities.

• Comfortable acting as a “memory system” for a dynamic CEO.

• Strong organizational instincts and commitment to follow-through.

• Solid understanding of **U.S. business culture and communication style**.

• Proficient in working with systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Aptitude for anticipating needs and offering context-sensitive support.

• Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to changing systems and tools.

• Excels in environments that prioritize high accountability and clarity.
