Executive Agent – International Fleet Purchase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Perform calculations and maintain fleet holding cost assessments within company systems.

• Act as the primary internal resource for vehicle-related information.

• Address operational challenges that arise in daily business activities.

• Oversee the contract lifecycle, which includes drafting, revising, and sustaining contract review documents and amendments.

• Analyze contract documents and evaluate holding cost calculations in relation to them.

• Assess AI-extracted data from contracts.

• Assist in optimizing prompts to enhance the quality of data extraction.

• Support purchasers in acquiring vehicles for car rental, subscription, and car-sharing mobility services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Management or vocational training in the commercial or automotive fields is required.

• Applicable professional experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Additional language skills are beneficial; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• A hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail.

• High precision in managing vehicle information and ensuring data accuracy.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.

• Comfortable working with various digital systems.

• Willingness to engage with AI-driven tools and processes.
