This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• An Executive Admissions Representative is expected to spend the majority of their time directly engaging with prospects and students, whether in person or via phone.
• Relationship Building: Respond to inquiry calls from prospective students seeking information about the programs, including entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards, while encouraging qualified individuals to schedule an interview.
• Promptly return web inquiries and phone calls to potential students, providing accurate information about the programs, entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards.
• Conduct outbound phone calls to individuals who have expressed interest in attending the institution, as this is a key aspect of the role.
• Actively participate in organized phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns, adhering to company best practices, as this is essential to daily operations.
• Generate unsolicited leads and develop new business when not addressing outstanding inquiries or assisting current prospective students.
• Follow up on all inquiries that do not result in scheduled interviews or show-ups.
• Reconnect with candidates who did not progress in the enrollment process and with students who dropped or canceled, to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Conduct student interviews, ensuring that all references to Financial Aid align with the established Company Policy.
• Use only approved company materials throughout the interview process, consistently adhering to stated policies and procedures.
• Meet with potential students to clarify program offerings and align the college's benefits and advantages with their needs, advising on suitable programs based on their desires, qualifications, and goals.
• Ensure that admissions management is well-informed of the potential student's motivations and concerns regarding college attendance.
• Mentoring and Guidance (5%): Provide basic information and routine advice to students on available programs and eligibility requirements, following established procedures and policies.
• Act as a liaison between students and campus, ensuring necessary enrollment forms are available and assisting with their completion as needed, including reviewing applications for compliance and collaborating with Finance to provide excellent customer service during transitions.
• Mentor and counsel students to help them identify their unique skills and interests.
• Address straightforward inquiries, questions, and concerns, referring more complex issues to more experienced staff, while ensuring that actions taken satisfy the student, the Company, and regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal standards.
• Administrative (5%): Accurately document all inquiries and admissions activities related to them.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all pre-start paperwork.
• Maintain current and accurate reports, including information stored in the system.
• Attend and successfully complete any required training for this position at any time as mandated by the Company.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by local leadership.
• Attend meetings as directed by a supervisor.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• One (1) year of internal experience as a Senior Admissions Representative is required, or two (2) years of external experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales.
• Proven ability to demonstrate the Company's Key Behaviors.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work assigned hours necessary to complete job responsibilities weekly.
