This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the flight schedule by updating operators and ensuring effective internal communication as required.
• Coordinate services for contracted trips for clients, which involves collaborating with operators and vendors, as well as arranging catering, transportation, and other essential services.
• Facilitate communication and support the processing of paperwork among ground transportation companies, destination management companies, hotels, resorts, and clients.
• Enter and maintain client information within CRM and trip management systems.
• Organize airport procedures, including customs and immigration, vehicle ramp access, and landing requirements.
• Develop trip coordination documents, trip briefs, manifests, and all related paperwork.
• Source aircraft options, create proposals, and position alternatives.
• Design and implement contingency plans for irregular operations.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors, including reconciling any unforeseen charges as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the private jet industry.
• Knowledge of general aviation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Capacity to manage a diverse range of duties and tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
