Exchange Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of onboarding exchanges, managing applications, agreements, and licensing requirements for new trading venues and market data feeds.

• Oversee exchange reporting obligations, which include preparing monthly usage reports, subscriber reports, and responding to audit requests.

• Ensure alignment of exchange licensing timelines with engineering and product roadmaps.

• Assist customers with onboarding by guiding them through exchange licensing requirements and subscriber agreements.

• Collaborate with product teams to create market data offerings that comply with exchange licensing restrictions and policies.

• Work alongside commercial and marketing teams to establish pricing structures, user agreements, and usage policies for new datasets.

• Maintain relationships with exchanges and trading venues, ensuring that internal stakeholders are informed about changes in licensing, policy, and pricing.

• Analyze customer usage and reporting data to discover opportunities for commercial upgrades and expanded licensing relationships.

• Lead process enhancements across exchange administration, reporting, licensing, and related operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in exchange relations, market data licensing, administration, compliance, data onboarding, or a comparable position.

• Strong knowledge of exchange agreements, subscriber reporting, audits, and licensing requirements.

• Capability to manage a broad portfolio of external relationships while coordinating across multiple internal teams.

• Excellent operational and project management abilities.

• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop processes where they currently do not exist.
