Events Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the implementation of demand generation and field marketing strategies while ensuring alignment with other marketing sectors.

• Direct and manage the execution of demand generation and field marketing initiatives, collaborating with functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product management, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Plan and curate a webinar schedule that aligns with product objectives and ensure its seamless execution.

• Handle all logistical support for field events, including printing, promotional items, supporting materials, and shipping and receiving logistics.

• Collaborate closely and manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors.

• Work in conjunction with various stakeholders to create engaging marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content for field activities.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in formulating and executing effective field marketing strategies.

• Capability to work independently in planning, managing, and executing events of various formats within tight deadlines.

• Confidence in collaborating closely with sales teams to develop programs that are results-oriented.

• A research-oriented mindset to discover innovative and top-tier methods for conducting product-led events within the allocated budget.

• Skilled in defining and monitoring success metrics.

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
