Events Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the events calendar from start to finish.

• Organize and manage hosted experiences centered around our key events.

• Oversee Morpho-owned conferences from the initial concept through to completion.

• Monitor speaking and sponsorship opportunities throughout the industry.

• Handle merchandise and branded materials associated with events.

• Direct the vision and creative strategy for internal events, office experiences, and offsite gatherings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with at least 3 years in the crypto or Web3 sector.

• Demonstrated success in managing demand generation events, hosted gatherings, and large-scale productions from inception to execution.

• Excellent project management abilities, coordinating multiple internal and external teams simultaneously.

• Commercially minded: capable of establishing clear event objectives, driving follow-up actions, and assessing outcomes in terms of pipeline and relationship building.

• Willingness to engage at all levels, from developing the run-of-show to physically assisting on the event day.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments where priorities may change and no established guidelines exist.

• Strong sense of ownership and independence; proactive in taking initiative.

• Effective and clear communication skills across different time zones and with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Low ego; eager to assist wherever needed within the team, regardless of the task.
