This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Strategize, develop, and implement regional sponsorships and engagement initiatives across various third-party congresses, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with both local and international Sales & Marketing teams to create and execute integrated campaigns, materials, and tools that enhance brand visibility and effectiveness.
• Oversee the annual event and congress planning cycle in collaboration with Marketing leadership, which includes budgeting, prioritization, and execution planning.
• Manage and monitor event budgets throughout the year, proactively identifying risks and ensuring transparency to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Guarantee full compliance for all activities involving Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), adhering to both internal and external regulations.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Technical Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Administration) to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Direct the comprehensive execution of congresses and events, encompassing speaker management, booth coordination, logistics, travel, accommodation, catering, and creative assets.
• Provide consistent updates to management regarding progress, outcomes, and the impact of marketing activities, including insights and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Events, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably within the healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, accountable, and resilient character with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Collaborative attitude and a strong team spirit, contributing positively to the working culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Cvent is regarded as an advantage.
