Events & Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Plan and carry out both online and offline events—such as meetups, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions—to enhance user engagement and education.

• Advocate for Binance’s brand, products, and campaigns while delivering exceptional community support.

• Build and nurture partnerships with local cryptocurrency communities, student organizations, and universities to broaden the reach of Binance Academy initiatives.

• Oversee and manage Binance’s online and offline communities throughout the ES-LATAM region, particularly focusing on Mexico.

• Direct group moderation on Telegram, Facebook, and Discord, while developing and implementing captivating community campaigns.

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of Binance Angels (Volunteer Program) across the region, ensuring consistent communication and performance evaluation.

• Generate, translate, and edit community content in both Spanish (ES-LA) and English to guarantee clarity, precision, and local significance.

• Moderate regional social media channels and chat groups, fostering positive and safe interactions.

• Investigate and introduce new platforms to reach broader user demographics and enhance brand visibility.

• Gather and communicate user insights, market trends, and community feedback to internal teams in order to refine regional strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in Mexico City.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in events and community management, or similar roles.

• Proven track record in organizing both online and offline events across different city tiers.

• Extensive network to develop events, swag, and production in Mexico City.

• Ability to establish KPIs, monitor performance, and mentor community members or volunteers.

• Strong skills in communication, copywriting, and content creation for multilingual markets.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

• In-depth understanding of the Web 3.0 landscape, fintech, and Binance products and core features (Spot, P2P, Futures, NFT, etc.).

• Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Openness to travel and work flexible hours to meet community and business requirements.

• Established capability to forge partnerships with local communities, student organizations, and universities.

• Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content generation, user segmentation, or campaign automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Discord/Telegram AI bots).

• Solid hands-on experience with moderation, bots, mini-games, and campaign execution.
