
Event & Sales Manager – Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategizing, organizing, and implementing events (both online and in-person)
• Preparing for and assisting with trade show presentations, industry gatherings, and customer events
• Actively engaging in events as an ambassador for ibelsa
• Showcasing our software and acting as the primary on-site liaison for potential clients
• Aiding the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities
• Working collaboratively with the marketing team and contributing your own marketing insights
• Coordinating appointments, processes, and stakeholders — both internal and external
• Conducting post-event follow-ups (leads, feedback, insights, documentation)
• Multiple years of experience in hotels or the hospitality sector
• Background in event planning or event management
• Some experience in marketing
• Enjoyment of networking and face-to-face interactions
• Confident demeanor and passion
• Excellent organizational abilities and a methodical approach
• Willingness to travel frequently (you will be traveling a lot)
• Ideally located in central Germany
• Proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality
• Openness to our technology stack and digital tools related to ibelsa
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written
