This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Identify and qualify leads to ensure they align with our criteria before transferring them to the Event Sales Executives.
• Engage in insightful questioning, collect pertinent event details, evaluate lead compatibility, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the qualification phase.
• Work in tandem with the Sales Executives to ensure a seamless transition of converted leads to the event support stage.
• Share event specifics with clients, including date, time, venue, address, participant count, activities, and additional services.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their questions and offering continuous support during the event coordination process.
• Ensure accurate processing of client payments and monitor the status of payments.
• Collaborate with relevant team members to guarantee the successful execution of events and tackle any issues that may arise.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (preferably in events and/or hospitality) and customer service is desired.
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach are essential.
• Highly organized with strong time management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently.
• A collaborative team player.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Experience and familiarity with CRM systems (such as Zoho, Hubspot, etc.) is an added advantage.
