Event Project Manager, Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement comprehensive congress, webinar, advisory board, and medical education event initiatives.

• Develop, set up, and initiate live engagement applications utilizing the SpotMe Backstage Content Management System.

• Maintain communication with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.

• Manage post-event communications, evaluate event data, and provide in-depth reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in congress engagement, key opinion leader (KOL), and pharmaceutical stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in planning and executing congress and medical education events.

• Familiarity with event approval processes involving Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review.

• Technical proficiency in delivering effective solutions.

• Ability to reconcile compliance requirements with business objectives.

• Excellent skills in managing stakeholder relationships.
