Event Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Utilize custom ticketing software to handle a range of ticketing work requests.

• Prepare, create, verify, and manage a diverse array of events and offers, including some of the most intricate submissions, ensuring all tasks are programmed accurately.

• Assist in set-ups for medium to large venue systems.

• Support the training of new team members.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure all events are configured properly to meet client requirements promptly.

• Collaborate within a team to guarantee the Event Programming department operates efficiently and maintains high standards of quality and consistency.

• Analyze and organize personal workload with a strong focus on detail.

• Adhere to strict checking protocols and established guidelines for events and offers.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of Event Programming processes and specialized Ticketmaster software applications.

• Perform additional Event Programming or Client Services tasks as necessary.

• Work flexible hours as needed.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

• Provide tiered support to other departments during sales periods.

• Anticipate challenges in event building and devise contingency plans and strategies to address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer use with a solid working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in mastering complex software applications.

• Experience in client interaction and relationship building.

• Fluent or professional-level Japanese language proficiency, both written and spoken, is highly desirable for this position.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Experience in a data-driven setting, where meticulous attention to detail was essential.

• Background in a fast-paced environment, working within a target-oriented role.
