This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist Event Managers with various projects.
• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes, manage bookings, and track deliverables.
• Documentation & Operations Support: Create risk assessments and prepare permit documentation.
• Budget & Cost Tracking: Monitor supplier expenses against budgets and highlight discrepancies.
• Systems & Workflow Management: Utilize Microsoft tools daily and uphold task tracking.
• Communication: Interact with suppliers and participate in video meetings with the team.
• 4–6+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience directly engaging with suppliers and managing operational needs.
• Ability to work independently and make routine decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, systems, and multitasking capabilities across multiple projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Background in logistics, freight coordination, hospitality operations, facilities coordination, project coordination, or similar operational settings.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable recognizing risks, addressing cost issues promptly, and remaining calm under pressure.
• Process-oriented, detail-focused, and accountable for results.
