Event Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, and execute large-scale marketing events to effectively promote our brand and services.

• Take the lead on locally owned events by conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new initiatives such as roundtables, forums, workshops, and webinars.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on event performance against established KPIs (e.g., leads generated, pipeline influenced, attendance, and engagement).

• Provide post-event evaluations and suggestions for ongoing improvements.

• Serve as a liaison between marketing and sales to ensure that event goals are achieved and that sales teams are fully prepared for pre- and post-event activities.

• Oversee all facets of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations and management, ordering swag and other collateral, and handling registration platforms and event communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in event planning and management.

• Exceptional project management, multitasking, and stakeholder alignment abilities.

• Proactive and commercially minded, with the confidence to work remotely.

• A strong communicator who can engage colleagues and partners with assurance and clarity.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to a customer-first approach.

• Experience in the Tech Sector or B2B2B solutions targeting enterprise customers.

• Self-motivated and impact-driven: you thrive on taking ownership of projects with minimal oversight.

• Quick learner and problem solver with a robust analytical mindset, eager to learn and develop with a passion for leveraging data to enhance campaign performance.

• Desirable skillsets/experiences: Familiarity with HubSpot.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Experience working within an international organization.

• Previous experience in a start-up environment.
