Event Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement strategies for a segment of the event portfolio: Plan, promote, and execute conferences, field marketing events, webinars, and partner activations that align with pipeline and growth objectives.

• Develop audience strategies: Create targeted acquisition plans aimed at reaching priority accounts and buying groups.

• Craft high-quality marketing content: Generate clear and engaging messaging for invitations, emails, landing pages, and follow-ups that encourage action.

• Lead event marketing and promotion efforts: Collaborate across email, digital, sales, and partner channels to develop promotion plans and integrate events and webinars into broader marketing initiatives.

• Monitor performance and enhance effectiveness: Assess results (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence) and pinpoint opportunities for improving impact over time.

• Execute with operational excellence: Oversee logistics, vendors, budgets, and planning processes with a strong focus on discipline and meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, partnerships, and the Director of Integrated Marketing & Event Strategy to implement strategies and enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant exposure to demand generation and events.

• Proven experience utilizing conferences, webinars, and field events as components of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Excellent writing abilities, with a talent for creating clear and compelling marketing copy that drives engagement and action.

• Demonstrated success in generating high-quality attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence from marketing programs, paired with a strong analytical mindset to assess performance and inform decisions.

• Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows to address team bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
