šŸ“‹ Description

• Take charge of the virtual event strategy and calendar within Superside’s marketing organization, ensuring that programming aligns with demand generation objectives, content priorities, and brand positioning.

• Lead the planning and execution of Superside’s premier virtual summits, digital conferences, webinars, and online community events—from the initial concept to promotion, run-of-show, and post-event amplification.

• Create engaging narratives and formats that showcase Superside’s leadership in AI-driven creative and marketing innovation.

• Collaborate with content, creative, and demand generation teams to develop integrated campaigns that optimize registration, engagement, and pipeline impact.

• Oversee speaker recruitment and preparation, establishing relationships with industry leaders, customers, and internal experts to produce high-quality, engaging digital sessions.

• Manage all aspects of virtual event operations and logistics, including platforms, production partners, budgets, and technical execution.

• Assess and report on performance, converting engagement and pipeline data into insights that enhance promotion and validate ROI.

• Continuously test new digital formats, interactivity, and technologies to maintain Superside’s position at the cutting edge of virtual event marketing.

• Work collaboratively across functions to raise execution standards and ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing strategy.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in **virtual event marketing** or digital-first field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, creative services, or high-growth startups.

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing **large-scale virtual summits (1,000+ registrants)** as well as smaller, high-touch webinars or workshops.

• Strong capability to **translate brand positioning into exceptional digital experiences** that resonate with target audiences.

• Excellent project management abilities—skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a remote-first setting.

• Practical experience with **virtual event platforms** (e.g. Zuddl), as well as CRM/marketing automation tools and campaign analytics.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage executive speakers and external partners.

• Data-driven approach, with a proven ability to **track KPIs and demonstrate ROI** from virtual event marketing initiatives.

• Enthusiasm for creative industries, marketing innovation, and the exploration of new AI technologies to enhance online event experiences.
